Minty v0.1 implements a sequential journal, a SHA-256 hash chain, voids (never silent deletes) and Z-closures. That targets the four ISCA duties of article 286, I-3° bis of the French CGI.
Since 21 February 2026, proof of compliance may be a publisher attestation or a certificate from an accredited body. We do not issue an NF525 / LNE certificate in v1. The Pro plan can download a publisher attestation for this software version.
We do not claim German TSE, Italian Registratore Telematico, Spanish Verifactu, or Belgian black-box compliance. In the US there is no federal fiscal certification; you remain the sales-tax taxpayer. Minty never sees card numbers (PCI): your own terminal stays the TPE.
